To change or not to change?
From day one I was wondering if I should order and install the CS front facia, which I really like. I absolutely LOVE the Steeda front facia, but in order to get a good quality painted facia, I would be out about $ 1300-1400, including parts, prime, paint and install... that's just out of the question right now for a front facia.
I was looking to get the CS front facia WITHOUT fog lights, as I want to retain the stock grille fog lights, and was actually looking into the break duct kit.
Before I'm making this decision, I'd like to get you opinion, and see what you think. Any of you have done this mod? Happy with the install/styling/looks?
Thanks y'all!

I like the CS fascia because its a cheap alternative but I'm not in love with it like I am the Steeda one. Like you I can't afford the Steeda right now, so I'm just waiting and saving up

Daniel (aka montreal ponies) - Everyone thought it was ridiculous that you could order a 2012 Mustang already, but to see you have a "20011 Transit connect on the way" makes that look like nothing!

I'm a big fan of the Saleen one, but don't want to deal with paint and fitment. The CS with the FRPP brake duct kit will work fine for me. I also like to keep the grille mounted fogs, as they are part of the distinguishing characteristics of the car.

I think $1400 sounds like a whole lot of money for something that gives you nothing more than looks.
If you are having to question spending $1400, than that tells me that you know deep inside that you should spend that much money on a dress-up appearance item. Think of what you can do with $1400 before you spend that much. You can get a better set of tires or new tires when you wear yours out, better exhaust, upgraded suspension, upgraded stereo, etc... all of which you can use and enjoy on a day-to-day basis, unlike what your considering...

I did the upgrade to the CS fascia for about $450 and it is something I get enjoyment from every day, every time I look at the car. I have gotten more enjoyment from it than I'd get from new tires or a stereo. Different people get enjoyment from different things.
Ps, as I type this I'm sitting at ford getting my new axle back installed. Can't wait.

Nothing wrong with spending money on cosmetic upgrades, especially when it changes the appearance of the car that much. I love this car, but I don't like the sideburns...just don't.
I like the CS, Steeda, and Roush. Can't go wrong with any of those, just depends if you want to add more unpainted black trim, or have less of it. Different looks.

I was planning on going with the Roush front facia until I saw the California Special unit. I know most people are installing them unpainted, but I had mine painted. I think the Steeda unit looks nice but it would look better if the ducts were set back a little.
