This is mind buggling, if you can work this out once we FINALLY get the CDN prices, i'll be more than glad to listen. Obviously you've done it in the past, but for a used car, this time is a different story with taxes and stuff. I've read both of your links, but it refers to U.S residents having dual citizenship and wanting to get their tax back from their original state of residence.
Oh boy.....

drl's are a function of the vehicle computer and can be activated by the dealer with the proper code

If you or anyone can get the procedure documented I would love to have it for reference.

APPARENTLY IT IS ILLEGAL,TO DISABLE THEM IN CANADA. I HAVE HAD IT DONE TWICE; ONCE ON MY 05 AND ONCE ON MY 10 .IN BOTH CASES I DID IT TO CHANGE THE DRL'S FROM THE HEADLIGHTS TO THE TURN SIGNAL LIGHTS, SO I FIGURE I'M LEGAL.I GOT AN AMERICAN VIN FROM A US DEALER'S INVENTORY AND A CO-OPERATING SERVICE PERSON WENT ON THE OASIS SUPPOSEDLY TO FIND OUT THE CODE FOR ACTIVATING THE US CAR'S DRL SYSTEM.BY DOING THIS HE WAS ABLE TO GET THE ACTIVATION CODE AND TURN ON OR OFF THAT FUNCTION OF THE PCM.CAN'T GIVE YOU ANY MORE THAN THAT SINCE I DD NOT ACTUALLY WATCH HIM DO IT.

Canucks don't worry about DRL's activation issue, i have a friend over here that works for a big Ford dealership and will get someone to activate that feature for us. We have so many days to do so. So no worries here.
JUST GIVE US THE DAMMIN PRICING LIST...................

I used to be about 35-40 min from Oakville,
but not anymore ..

Now it'd take me over an hour on a GOOD day, let alone retarded Toronto/Mississauga/Oakville traffic.

It's too bad they weren't brought over by Ford...
That's what having to export them will do unfortunately.

**** expensive here....i paid well under this but most aren't so lucky.

Bought it in Quebec so the first page is french lol:
Window Sticker

However Canadian GT automatically comes with leather, sync etc. Still crazy pricey though, hell the Coyote is built in Ontario!

Oh and theres 13% tax on top of that

That would be 12.5 % tax to be exact.
