My car has the same status as yours but first reported to me on May 12. Mine shows up as being in Champaign, IL. Still reporting the same status on May 15. Gotta love it ...

I did some further checking ...yours is stuck in Markham, IL and mine is stuck in Champaign, IL and the status lists the culprit as a conveyance mechanical failure. The distance between our two cars is about 130 miles ...and looks like yours made it further along than mine. My guess is that our cars were headed to Kansas City (my final destination is Dallas).

I was just looking on the big Chicago metro map on the wall at work to see where Markham is and this map actually shows all the rail lines and yards.

Markham IS a Chicago Rail Yard and if I were to guess, is probably where cars get unloaded for the Chicago metro area (as well as Wisconsin and maybe Indiana) to be re-loaded on to Transport Trucks as it is right off of the I294. My car probably did (or will) get unloaded here as I'm in Wisconsin. Your rail car probably was also in Markham at one point, but continued south towards Champain on its way to Texas.

What I found amazing is how many rail yards there are in the Chicago area ... I always thought there were a few, but there are probably more than 50 !!

Still waitng for an update from my dealer whether or not my car is still in Markham.
