There are people on the boards who have road raced the snot out of these cars and haven't had the issues that mildly street driven MT82s have had. That's the part I find really funny about it all. I think if we had all the facts about the total number of clutches and transmissions replaced under warranty, it wouldn't be as bad as the forums have made it out to be.

Ok fine I'm going to Village Ford right now but they don't even know how to fix it yet so I don't understand what the point of going there is.

That's an ignorant statement. If you haven't taken the car there yet and had it diagnosed, then don't make a claim like that.

So my regular service guy(very cool guy) drove my car and I rode with him. He heard the whine while accelerating and said that it's really loud and thinks it might be the ring an pinion or a rear end issue. He said he's just guessing and that I should come back in the morning for the mechanic to test drive it. He was also able to see all my other Mustangs in the system and said ok the 2010. I said no it's a 12 he then had me get my registration from the car.
I'll go back in the morning.
I'll go back in the morning.
