Boss 302 2012 #302

I went to my dealer this morning, and the mechanic was telling me that they delivered until now, only one Boss 302 2012.

The one they sold, was # 302 so the buyer wanted to preserve the car, exactly as it is: he took the car down from the delivery truck, and put it directly on his own platform without any preparation or removing any protection plastic.

He's gonna keep it original, without driving it....

Does it worth the money to do it ? Not sure....

If it was the #1 that ShaneM luckily bought, then I could see it.

But just because it's #302 for a BOSS 302? Ehh. I think if the person intends to sell the car in the future at an auction, it will be more of a "Oh, cool" and that's it.

But what do I know

I guess it's a preference I'm sure numbers mean a special meaning to people.

For example: 069...

That's true. If he's preserving it for that reason, cool. I was wondering if it being #302 would increase its value like the #1 did.

BTW, I saw your YouTube video with the Roush exhaust. That Petco is where I buy all my puppy/dog stuff. After I go to the LA Fitness up there, I like to blast down Wilbur on the way home. Your video ended there so I'm assuming that's where you live? Wouldn't mind hearing the Roush on a 5.0 in person sometimes

Yeah I don't blame him. I'm sure one day a collector would be very enticed by a number that means something to him.

And really? I use to go to that LA fitness a lot but its crowded all the time.

For sure I live in Northridge area we should def meet up. Would like to check out your car as well. Where do you live?

Be glad I don't have the opportunity to own those cars.

I don't care what it is numerically, what it did in past ownership/life.

If its a machine built to go fast and its in my hands, guess what, time to go fast.
