I ordered a 2012 Mustang GT Premium that should be arriving in mid June. In anticipation I'm buying up a few things such as the MRT head rests to have ready for when the car gets here. I'm considering getting a 9500ix radar detector too and saw posts here on using Invisicord to plug it in to the mirror. Most comments refer to it as easy but looking at the install directions on the Invisicord website it references using a voltmeter which I don't have.

It looks like there is a yellow plug and a blue/black plug on the Invisicord that goes into the mirror. Can someone who has done this say which plug from the Invisicord goes into which plug of the 2012 (and presumably same 2011) Mustang mirror?

 

Buy a simple multimeter. Theyre not expensive and everyone should have one.
