Borla Headers
I was going to post this in the mods forum but I think the questions are better suited to the large audience.
I'm about to purchase the headers to complete my Borla system but I have a few questions.
South Carolina does not do any inspections nor emission testing so I think these will be street legal here but does anyone know of something I'm missing?
I commute regularly to NC but don't have to get my car inspected there. There shouldn't be an issue with running a catless setup there as long as I'm not a resident right?
Also, about how long should it take a skilled mechanic with a lift to put them on?

Josh, let me know how the install and evaluation goes for you. I've always thought about headers at some point. Headers automatically mean catless though? I thought you could keep cats on with headers? Maybe I'm wrong.
And if no inspection, no worries. Maybe if a cop pulls you over and decides to look underneath for cats. Doubtful that those cops are that knowledgeable.

Yeah you can keep the cats on with a number of header options but the borla system is designed for a catless setup.
I'm told it's loud as hell and I'm ok with that. :-)
IF I keep this car that is... I'm strongly considering the upgrade to a gt500 or a roush stage 3.
