The following may be incorrect but its my best guess.

I believe thats an ecoupon emailed to you by a 3rd party site who Ford pays to help market their products.
Essentially its an electronic version of the Brochure Coupons. I think Autobytel was one of the sites.
I assume it would be considered a private rebate so could only be combined with public offers and not other private offers.

Well if you have one with your name on it, you can post it, right?

I think the point is that each coupon is targeted by customer/program id.

Would you be able to provide more details on the rebate as well? I have requested the brochure rebate and I am a ford owner. Hoping I have a rebate under my name.
