I am redoing my review since I was on my ipad and had an spell check issue with the title of my last post when I copy and pasted sorry guys. First of my issue are communication and the lack of a tracking number. Order my part last week got confirmation message and well that was it no shipping confirmation. No tracking number called up a week later and talked to Steve and was told it was coming from California which is odd since there in Florida. Keep in mind I had selected us mail for devilry they do a good job for small stuff. He told me that he was going to call me back with the tracking number never happened two days later. I called back and got Liz and was told it was out for devilry today and ups will be delivered today cool. But if we're was this info two days ago. At this point all you guys need to do is just keep people in the loop. I have to thank them for calling me and trying to make it right. But like I said I'm not mad just the lack of communication caused me to become nervous. Thanks bbr

Ok is it just me or complaining about lack of shipping contact communication even thou you got the part in a reasonable amount of time (during what is part of the busy season for parts and such) just seems alittle whinny to me. Dont see the point to it. Hate to see how you react if something gets back ordered to you.
