Big brakes and spare tire

Been looking at some Baer Eradispeed +2 rotors to fill up my 20" wheels but I can't find any type of spare tire that will fit these. Has anyone ever seen anything that will work? I can't see going without a spare since I go back and forth to California often and a tire inflation kit won't do anything for a blowout.

Interesting that I don't think I've ever seen this brought up before. Good luck.

Get a stock 18" wheel/tire to carry with you. Don't know if it will fit in the spare tire well, don't know what else you could do.

How often have you or somebody you know had a blowout?

Take the mobility kit for daily use and as others have said you'd need to get a wheel/tire spare that fits your brakes and then secure it in the trunk for longer drives if you are worried about getting a blowout.

Looks like full size spare is the only option if I do this. I was really hoping for something to save space so I could still fit a full sized suitcase in the trunk too. I appreciate the replies.

ksguy73,
I have the same worry/problem. I'm on the Colorado River, and to head anywhere, you have to cross the desert. A regular nail in the tread can be fixed with the mobility kit, but a cut in the sidewall and you're toast.
Yep, I'll be looking for a spare.
