They aren't touching the engine internals at all.
If you look at previous Shelby cars, realistically you are looking at packages available, not a one off engine/setup that you can't achieve. So take that as you will.

WRT to the coyote, they are right... you won't be able to push the boost that a 3v can take.
What you can do is push smaller ammounts of boost and achieve more. It's not only a bigger engine, but its better breathing and has a better engine management system.

If you were looking for pushing 3v levels of boost, to make big numbers, you'll be disappointed.
Then again, you're going to have to upgrade more than just the engine to play THAT game, and at that point, why not just buy a GT500....
