My car is normal.
I met with the field service engineer yesterday and a certified suspension and handling tech from Ford.
They both drove my car with me in it for 25 miles and both felt the vibration in both the steering wheel and the floor boards.
We then got back to the dealer and took out a brand new 2011 GT with 118 miles on the same 25 mile loop.
IT HAD THE EXACT SAME vibration.
Diagnoses
"normal vehicle characteristic"
So case closed on my car.

It is much more noticeable when driving the SPORTMODE of ADVANCETRAC which you can access like this.
1) Place foot on brake pedal
2) Tap traction off button twice
3) DIC will display ADVANCETRAC SPORTMODE
18"s,19"s,Brembos and regular brakes all have had it. June builds seem to be the most effected so far.
It started the first day I had the car.

The symptom is a nibble/shimmy/vibration in the steering wheel at speeds of 80mph and up, some people even at lower speeds.

Hmm, seems like a tough sell to get Ford to do anything about this. It states clearly in the user manual that Sport mode is not to be used on public roads. With that stated, a dealership cannot even try to reproduce the problem unless they take it to a track....at least thats they way I take it.

I didn't think the non-Premium Mustang 5.0 was equipped with the additional Sportmode. My options are Traction Control On/Off, and hold for AdvanceTrac Off.
Before posting, I went back and found it on Ford's website (compare Mustang Models, chose Mustang GT and GT Premium) that SportMode is only a GT Premium inclusion. If my car has it, following the Manual's instructions on how to engage it, don't engage it.
