Anybody looking for a '10 GT...
... they've got a black/saddle at Bluebonnet Motors in New Braunfels, TX. Build date of April '09. Looks like they've got it 'marked down' a couple thousand under MSRP.
This is the GT that I test drove before I bought my '10 V6 in March. Mine was also built in April '09.
I think it's the only '10 they have left. They also have a black Lincoln MKS (or whatever the Taurus 'equivalent' is) that's been on the lot for very near two years now... so they don't mind holding on to them. Maybe no deal to be had, but I wanted to put it out there in case anybody's looking.

There's 2 left at Burd Ford here in Indianapolis. White auto w/glass roof, & a dark candy red 5 spd. Don Hinds Ford in Noblesville has a torch red 5sp w/glass roof. The rebates here on 2010 GT's dropped from $5000 to $2500 so they're probably going to sit a while.

I would take a 2010 GT if it was $8000 or more off of sticker.
Heck, there are even dealers with new 2009's still on the lot.

that was my benchmark back in the spring and I found out I "couldn't get there from here" so I bought a used one for a little more than that much off sticker . . . you'd think by now they'd really want to get rid of them . . .
I saw a 2009 on a lot in Maine back in the spring, they were firm at about $3K off original sticker . . . I told them they must be kidding, but they said no they were serious . . . I bet they still have it

Depends on what your needs are. I just bought a 2010 for my wife because I got $8k off sticker, & I valued that more than the extra 100 hp. And I wasn't about to have her car being faster than mine! And, more seriously, my '09 is my toy. If I got a 2011 I'd be afraid I'd lose interest in my '09.

Maybe there is no love in TX for the black/saddle combo ? I had to special order mine. It is the only one around here and I have had many positive comments on it.

Now that I've driven the '10 V6 for a while, I think I'm going to go drive that GT again... and also the '11 V6 and GT. The reason I didn't seriously consider a GT was that EVERY ONE I saw had the wheels that I didn't like (and still don't) and the 'sound' just didn't excite me as much as I thought it would. I still think the '10 V6 with the Magnaflow duals sounds better than that stock GT did... but again, now that I've been driving mine awhile I may hear it differently.
I'd probably lose my *** if I made a switch now... but you just never know if there's a deal there without talking.
