Hey guys,

Anytime you guys need the discount code please PM me or AMShaneLesky for the code. If the code leaks from another member, we have to shut the code down to prevent it from leaking elsewhere. This will require us to delete the current code and create a new code!

So please, keep this code to yourself and hit us up when you need the code for future reference!

-Dan

Discount code request info needs to be a sticky at the top of every Mustang forum because they all work the same as far as getting them, as in send the company rep a PM.

These guys won't even pricematch Tirerack

Told me that "was a good question and please call us"

**** no I'm not calling you, it's a YES OR NO answer. I'd rather help the Mustang specialist shop over Tirerack but not for $80 difference!!!

Exactly. Doesn't bode well for customer service. Per his response to me above I was supposed to get a pm response "right now". 12 hrs later nada.

And they wonder why we ask for discount codes in a thread or they get shared by other members... Well, because they, am, don't respond. Not a good way to gain or retain customers.

This.
AM reps, we love the products you guys have availa ble to us but your customer service needs some major refining. It seems like a hit or miss with you guys with 90% of the time being a huge miss. Really doesnt help keep a solid enthusiast customer base.
I myself have taken some business to late model resto as well as many of my mustang owning friends. Please work on this to benefit both you guys and us searching to make our Mustang our own!

Yeah no **** AM

That $25 cert you offered the other week had so much fine print I didn't read thinking you guys were a straight A+ company and you bull****ted me out of the coupon. I ordered TWO DAYS after I got it. Made up some fine print excuse. Better thing would've just to've given the customer a $25 certificate. Jeez.

Almost 24hours later, still no discount code. Maybe I can use a late model resto code on your site?

^ that was sarcasm, btw.

I'll give you till 24 hrs then I'll contemplate taking my business elsewhere, for other stuff I will need in the immediate future.

The same way I (we) recognize vendors for great quality, products, and customer service (as I did for magnuson not too long ago), I can also recognize vendors for unresponsiveness and lack of customer affinity.
