Same here, I've always had great service with AM. I plan on buying more through them when the funds present themselves.

You should have thrown them back in the box, called for a return and gotten something else. Once you modify something, the vendor is not obligated to take it back or give a credit.

New customer. AM.com

I boughthink my 2012 Coyote Black 24kmiles about 2 months ago and ordered my first item and received them today. I ordered the SR Lowering springs. The box was torn up so I figured it was through all the handling and shipping process. I called AM support they were very helpful. Told me to send pics and that also of the springs. They will make sure the springs are safe and if not they will replace. So far American muscle has been awesome!

I'm actually on their site right now buying my koni struts and shocks but hesitant as they don't have a discount code .

Anyone that has a code for me please

Ps love u in advance

They will give you the code after you have 50 posts here I think. It might sound dumb, but I think the want to support people here that will stick around to contribute. I'm not saying you would do this, but I bet there are people who would join and post one time just to get the discount and never come back.

You're going to have a credit notice in your email as we speak and you should see this back into your account in 3-5 days.

Please let me know if you're to have any other questions and I apologize about the delay, I was offsite ill yesterday.

This is why I buy most of my stuff through AM. I had one issue when I bought something before. They corrected it ASAP. My first choice for parts is AM.
