Would love to see that on a 'stang!!

 

Not too bad on a Focus, but on a Mustang...that would be hideous.

I remember when they offered a similar colour for about five minutes around 2000/01.

Sorry, not a fan.

 

I just died a bit in side.

Colors cars should not be:
Gold
Chocolate Brown
Sand
Pee yellow
Any mix of the above.

Ford used to have (may still but i havent seen it anywhere lately) a colour that was metallic copper clearcoat or something like that.
i always thought that would be a great colour for the mustang, kind of like an updated version of the gold colour.

 

I had a 1972 honda motorcycle that color once. It's a very 70s color.. more attempts by ford to go retro?

 

One retro color that should debut on the '10 is Emberglow! Always loved that one from the 60's.

 

Thats why i bought the Candy GT. It just reminds you of the muscle car paint of old. I had a '69 Camaro SS that was Brandy Candy Apple and had freinds with a Candy Nova and Vette. Would love to have some ghost flames put on there like i had on my '69.

 

There was a Mazda6 color back in 2005 that would've been cool, and the color was already there at AAI.

All we need now is a retro tangerine like Kate Jackson's Pinto on Charlie's Angels...

The Focus has officially become the new Pinto of this decade... That is the appeal and attributes the car represents... History does have a way of repeating itself.... Remember the Pinto followed the Mustang in popularity after the Mustang became a big thristy muscle car. The Pinto had appeal for it's cute simple looks, afforability and economy...

 

Have you noticed men's hair styles are also going back to the '70s? I've noticed a lot of kids walking around with the ugly '70s hair. High gas prices, muscle cars on the way out, small cars the new "in" thing, ugly hair,--- Man,all we need is the return of plaid bellbottoms and it's 1973 all over again in 2008.

Didn't TMS just feature the "Goldfinger" Mustang? Gold on the current car? I dunno. It didn't look that good on the '97.
