Almost Home

Hey gang...went tonight to draw up my paperwork...unfortunately, I have to wait till Saturday to pick her up and drive home...but here's officially the first picture of my car that I ordered in May.

Once I get her home, will wash and detail. After that, I will try and compose some unique angled pictures to post by Sunday.

BTW, ran into some paperwork issues with my X-plan and the $750 coupon. The X-plan PIN was in my name and the coupon in my wife's name. LUCKILY for me, when I purchased my 100 shares of Ford stock, my wife's name was also listed as a buyer...so tomorrow, the dealership is going to generate a new X-plan PIN in my wife's name.

Oh Yeah!! It's hot and humid in OKC, but drove with the windows down to hear that sweet throaty exhaust. What I find most fascinating about the new Mustang is how "plush" the suspension is. My last Mustang that I owned rode like a go-cart. While not as smooth as my wife's Lexus, it’s **** near close.

The Brochure Cash is transferable within a household. Says so right on the Coupon. My PIN and all my paperwork was done in my first name only and my coupon was in my middle name only and no one even blinked.

The coupon was in your middle name only? I hadn't tried that combo yet, I figured they'd be pissed if my first name wasn't there.

Anyways, congrats on the car! Hope you get to take it home soon

Whenever I see a Kona I wonder if I made a mistake ordering silver. My dealer also said Kona is his favorite. I was just worried it would be too dark and show dirt and mud too much.

My first Mustang GT was silver and its a great color if you are worried about showing dirt and grime. To show off its brillance, just add a little Black to the mix
