Adjusting 2013 HID headlights?

Are there adjustments I can do myself?

My problem is not the beam height but the light concentration if that makes sense. My right side is nice and wide but my left side has a thinner brighter beam. It's annoying that they are not symmetrical.

Forgot to say they were originally but dealership broke the light while moving a wire left in the wrong place by the factory and had to put in a whole new headlight which now has a different beam concentration.

Look on page 240 of your owners manual. It looks like you can adjust the headlights vertically but not horizontally.

I think mine are like that on my 2011. Something to do with on coming cars.

The patterns should be symmetrical in their shape but not in their aim. The step (where the light cutoff goes up and then levels off at a higher point) should be directly in front of each headlight and never overlap. The three or four foot space between the left and right beams will have less intensity in the area between the lower and upper cutoff because only the left lamp is contributing.
