about the grill
y do u wanna remove it.. there are different grilles offered by AM whch you can overlay over the fog lights... 2014/13 HID fogs are good n mean looking at night... so it is good to keep it IMO.
OP, there is another thread on this page about options such as blank covers for the fog light holes or an aftermarket grille such as Roush.

I think you meant LED fog lights. No OEM manufacturer makes HID fog lights because HID design defeats the purpose of fog lights.

Actually, it's illegal in the states I've checked including California, Florida, Georgia, Maine, New York, North and South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. I suspect it is common in most of the other states as well.
While Texas does not seem to specify a maximum total front light count, they do specify that only a maximum of two fog lights may be installed (Transportation Code 547.328).
I've done a lot of research into lighting laws in various states because of a motorcycle group I run that uses strobes while providing safety patrol for charity bicycle events.

And I do think the OP wants to run the CS/V6 fogs instead of the GT, To me a good move, never did like the driving lights in the grille on anything.
