Mine was a Retail Order and yours should be to otherwise your car wont get build priority.
Mine said the same thing yours does and I got the rebate.

The car goes into "Dealer Stock" when the dealer receives it. Ford didnt sell the car to you. They sold it to the dealer. It doesnt matter whether it was a "Retail Order" or a "Stock Order".

Only thing that matters is you take delivery by the expiration date on your coupon.

 

Gene K is absolutely right. I ordered a GT, and the dealer applied the $750 coupon. The dealer could not, however, apply the $1,000 Customer Cash and 0% financing because those are strictly for cars in dealer inventory.

 

Your dealer either ripped you off or has no idea of what he is doing.
My dealer keeps me informed of all rebate and financing offers and says whatever Ford is offering at the time I take delivery I am eligible for.

 

where did you find the $1000 customer cash offer?

 

I got one of those in my 2010 Brochure. i dont have it anymore (Just handed the dealer the whole thing) but it didnt apply to 2011 5.0s. Mine was restricted to either 2010 or V6 or both. I forget the fine print.

 

I've been utterly skunked by the brochures. I've received one big one in my name for the 2011, one small one in my wife's name for the 2011, and one big one in my name for the 2010. Every one just has the "special" interest rates for the V6, which are the same rates available to everyone on the web site. I've also ordered a 2011 brochure with my first initial and middle name, so I guess I've got one chance left for the rebate. I'm not counting on it. I've been consoling myself by saying "OK, so no one has any clue when my car is coming but at least if I wait long enough I should get a rebate coupon."

 

Got a smaller 3 fold brochure today, no cash just the lame 0% for 36 months. I wonder if certain parts of the country get the cash and others don't?

 

Well my cousin who lives 50 miles down the road from me got one brochure and his had the rebate coupon. My father-in-law lives about 120 miles away and got one brochure and one rebate. We all live in the same state. I think it's just random.

 

Picked up my car yesterday and was able to use 750 dollar coupon. Dealer also applied a 500 rebate that I was unaware of. So got the car at invoice price minus 1250. GT premium, MT, Brembo, interior upgrade, HID, Comfort and security package. Also 3.55 axle and rear view camera for 38,520.99 including TTL. Tax 9% in Louisiana.

 

I got the $750 offer only for me. The wife got the $750 offer plus pre approved for 47,000. Both expire 7/10/10. I hope my car ordered 5/14 arrives before then.

i would like to thank everyone that put information here about the $750 coupon and $500 cash rebate! It saved me $1250 that helped alot and my dealer had no idea about them a i was the first 2011 GT they sold. So thanks again!!!

My wife actually received a postcard in the mail with the $750 rebate while I was travelling. I had never requested anything in her name. It is the 33142 program code.

My question is about the dealer. The postcard had a different dealer (the one geographically closest to me) but I dont see anything in the offer that would limit the dealer. Does anyone know if that can be used at any dealer or only the one identified on the postcard? It is valid until July 2nd, so hopefully my car will be in before then!

 

It can be used at any dealer, the code and persons name will be in the computer at the dealership.
