400HP/500HP Supercharger Upgrade

How much is this upgrade going to cost? and how much will it affect warranty of the vehicle?

Dealer Installed? Or Factory?

From what I've heard, it's a dealer installed option. 3yr/36,000 mile warranty with 400hp. 500hp is no warranty I think.

hopefully there will be some sort of warranty for the 500hp upgrade even if its only for 1yr/12,000 miles. you would think they would have to warranty the work if they are installing it, what if theres a problem right off the bat?

but most importantly pricing for these upgrades?

Since Ford just released the ordering guides, you really won't see any dealer information on this for a little while yet. I can ask my parts manager at the dealership to keep an eye on it for you all, and when I learn something, I'll post it up. Personally, I don't really see it being anything drastically less than the current FRPP Super Packs being offered now.

BTW, Classix, I see your from NJ? Where you from?

I'm from SE PA, and head to Jersey ALOT as many of my friends from Bad Pony Club live in Jersey. See the link in my sig? check it out. A FUN group of people, that range in ages. We hang out at car shows during the spring/summer months. Ever hear of the All-Ford Nationals at Carlisle, PA? We had 75 cars last year (when we were under a different club). So far we already have 21 registered. If you like hanging out with good people who all love the same thing (Mustangs), you'll enjoy the site.

I thought I remember just reading a day or two ago that the expected price for the first "stage" was about $3500 (hardware only) and it would make "over 400 hp", but since I can't remember the source, take it for what it's worth.
