The fluid tends to dry out in the tubes and create a blockage. This is first developed at the small opening on the hood where the fluid is sprayed to the windshield. Sometimes a small pin inserted into that hole will be enough to open things up. I also.found that if I mix the premixed fluid with about 1/3 more distilled water, it still works good and does not seem to clog as fast.

Of course, you may want to see your dealer in case anything else is a problem like a hose pinched or the pump or switch not working.

Does the pump run when you hit the button?

That would be the first thing I'd check, assuming that there is plenty of fluid in the bottle.

fixed it!!

Expensive car like a mustang and they use a plastic hose for the fluid. If it pinches just a bit, it snaps..

Diluting the washer fluid with water is not advisable if you live in a colder climate. The fluid will likely freeze when it gets cold which could potentially crack the reservoir and/or destroy the plastic pump. If you want to dilute it with anything use denatured alcohol or isopropyl alcohol. Neither will damage your paint, both have a lighter viscosity than the fluid and both will keep the fluid from freezing.
