Possibly, but I'm only aware of the $2500 dealer incentive given out by ford. Maybe Jeff or Brian can illuminate us.

Edit: that is correct, the '12s have been put on x-plan access.

If you went into any Ford dealer here in CT and asked to buy a GT500 at X-Plan they would laugh at you. Believe me, it's happened many times.
very true , in CT ford dealers don't carry a huge selection of mustangs. Each dealer might have up to 2 GTs and 2 v6 cars and that's it. Prices at MSRP or above most of the time. I was surprised at prices on mustangs when browsing through mustangs on cars .com, so much cheaper in other states, even Mass. Pa, or NY had better prices. Glad my dealer didn't play hard ball ,and gave me a good price of 500 over invoice.

2012 GT500s were eligibile for A/X/Z-plan later in the year. My guess is that with the 2013 coming, and not announced yet, there were too many on dealer lots and they wanted to move them.

I absolutley agree. You need to look out of state here if you want to get a deal on a Mustang. I'd would love the order a 2013 Boss 302 but they are going to be very scarce around here
Was it a CT dealer you bought your Shelby from? If so could you let me know which one and who the sales person was? Shoot me a PM if you don't mind. I'd like to find a CT Ford dealer who I could use as a contact. Finding a sales person who's an enthusiast like me would be even better.

He's talking about the 2012s that are left over. The 2013s are definitely NOT eligible for X-Plan

Hey don't blame just the dealers. It's the Ford regional sales reps that encourage them to markup cars by telling them what other dealers got for cars. Ford doesn't care what dealers charge.
