I know. I just love complaining. I guess it will ship early this week (that is, if the current ETA of 8/22 is to remain true).

How are things looking now? Did it move at all over the weekend? ETA still on track?

And when it does ship, would you be able to provide a more up to date ETA or rail car information?

 

Well my baby is on the train, but the train broke down in Battle Creek Mi. so now it is waiting for a new train to at least get out of MI. The ETA is now 8/21.

 

That's great info. Are you able to pull that up for my car? I'd love to have a copy of this for my car.

I got this information from my dealer that ordered the car. They are able to track the train all the way to the rail yard as it waits for the truck to the dealer.

Update from Ford! ETA of 8/19!

 

Well, my baby is back on track. It has passed Michigan and now steaming through Indiana. Attached is the lastest update.

 

They(?) left off an option. I'm not sure who.

 

This seems next to impossible to do. Didn't they provide you with a copy of your order? I would assume it looked correct there. Or are you saying your order WAS correct, but the factory missed it?

Anyway, sorry to hear about the screw up, and glad it is getting resolved!

 

Well supposedly my first order was correct, then suddenly it was delayed by a week. When it finally moved ahead, it was built black instead of Grabber. Apparently,sometimes Ford makes mistakes.

 

Yep, the build sheet included the option, but it got lost between there and the window sticker/actual build. They promise this won't happen again???

 

Guess I'll post here also since I've been reading on this forum and all ford mustang.
Ordered my 2013 gt premium in sterling grey metallic on 7/21/12 and got my vin 8/2/12 and was told it's going to get built next week the week of the 20th from Deysha.
