So, 5 out of 6 anniversary milestones came and went without any kind of bump in power. And while it's still possible that the '15's may get a power bump, it wouldn't be just because of an anniversary.

I'd love to see the half-mile times you're referring to. To that end, and given a long stretch like that, I'd say the times you get are a better indication of how the car is geared, its aerodynamics, etc, and less to do with its powertrain as a whole. I have to admit, I've never heard of a half-mile race, let alone seen anything like it.
