2013 Engine Tune?

I'll start by saying I'm new to the Mustang world, this will be my first Stang. A big THANK YOU to TMS for all I've learned so far.

That said, I had been set on playing it safe - waiting awhile and preserving my warranty. However, my car hasn't even received a VIN yet and I'm already getting the bug!

With the engine changes to the 2013 I can't help but think maybe the 2011-12 owners did all the R&D and now the bugs have been worked out? I'm sure I'll still wait awhile...of course I will...three years...sure...

Any thoughts on this subject?

Hahaha! Yeah, that's probably what's going to happen. I'm feeling pretty good about exhaust, CAI and a tune.

To the OP,

Again...nothing to worry about. Tune it and run the **** put of it. Lol. That's what I do in the Florida sun!

Just read the whole Steeda CAI thread that covers this issue pretty well.

Nevermind.
