Would much rather use an alternate oil that has good analysis history, although it seems with my track pack mustang I am a bit limited with oil choice without potentially causing potential warranty issues
Please sweet baby Jesus don't let this turn into another oil debate.

I know it's pricey but so are the motors. I'm not sure why, just read that a lot of people had heard ticking noises after going to a different oil. I could careless what oil people are running, was just curious.

Not sure if this has anyting to do with the noise but when the service tech started up my car after the oil change it would not start. It took a few times for the engine to turn over. Once it started up everything seemed fine.
Please keep me updated, treborwd22.

I will. I was going to bring it in this morning but one of my employees quit and I just got home from being at work since 3pm yesterday. Won't have a chance to bring it in till sometime next week.

Oh man! It’s ok, treborwd22. Just let me know what happens when you bring it in.

Every 5.0 that has rolled off the line will tick at some point or another.
