I knew I'd seen this look before.......a company called Autosports did this bodykit for the 2005-2009. It included a longer hood for the shark nose. I love the rear side window covers too, mimicking the '69. Oh for the 2011 to have some sheetmetal changes to the enable a change to these windows (I know, it's not going to happen!)

PACETTR,
Nothing wrong with the PJ Saleen .. I loved em cuz they were very unique. However the local Saleen dealer finally moved his last of 5 last fall.
Think about it though .. how much different will the Ford version be from the PJ besides $20k? Thats the question I ask. I would hope, not a lot. I just cannot believe Ford will do it right for far less money.

The '03-'04 Cobra was superior to ANYTHING Saleen or Roush built in that time period except maybe something like the Saleen Extreme... except you could buy a couple Cobras for the price of the Saleen.
I wouldn't put it past Ford to build a great-handling (Watts link + Springs/Dampers/Sways), bumped power (~30-50hp more than the GT) BOSS that is in the same vein as the PJ, but for $37k-$42k.
Personally, I'd prefer a stripped down BOSS that is decontented for weight savings, but still has those mods and comes in at $34k-35k, but I'm trying to be KIND OF realistic.

Judging by the asthetics of the 302r it is very impressive. A great nod to the 1970 Boss 302 and unlike the new GT/CS is a very pleasing new take on a classic. If all they do is remove the R for the street version I will be very pleased.
