2011 Mustang onthe ground at the Dealer, delivery tommorow!

I did a Dealer Stock Locate and Shelby 5.4's Show in transit as well as V6's. I saw no 5.0's on the system in transit. The Majority of cars were headed to California & Florida. It was only 70 or 80 Cars listed so they are aparently just releasing

good to know. The 5.0 fix is still in progress. Can you please update the hold thread with that info?

Jesus, that is one sweet looking car. congrats to your Mother. Tell us more as soon as you can. Thats a hot looking ride. 
OH God theses cars are goning to be so good and the C5 guys are gong to crap a rock when the 5 liter hits the streets. 
I cant wait.

EDIT: Please giive us driving impressions asap please! We need your opinion and want more than just pics please. What gear does the car have? We need all the gory details you can give us. Please drive it some and tell us if you can. Thank you.
EDIT again: what do you have ordered? This crap is killing me. What options and what color? What gear? This is driving me crazy. I have a lowly mach 1 now that I love but want one of these new ones. ford never gave me a reason to want a new mustang from 05 to 10 imo. Now, the game has changed.
This is very exciting even if I cant get one. Ford has brought their "A" game this time. No BS anymore. I love it. Good job Alan Mulaly and Ford Motor company. I love you.

Well the Dealership we bought the car from was contacted by Ford PR this morning after seeing a post "Online" (I am guessing from a Mustang Forum I am on).
They noticed that I had mentioned that this was the first Mustang I had seen in public hands. Well they called to tell us it is the VERY FIRST 2011 Mustang sold to the public.
Plus they want to interview my Mother and invite her down to the plant.
My Mom is yet to call them back (dont panic).
So I will will let you know more as it comes and if an article/pictures result from this I will be sure to post them here!
I thought that it was a pretty cool gesture esp considering we are enthusists.

While attending NAIAS (Detroit Autoshow) on 1/22/10 my sales guy (From Village Ford) was working in the display that day, he had been telling the Ford guys working the booth about how his customer had order a 5.0 today, when I showed up they gave me a kick *** 5.0 T-shirt and offered to let me follow my car down the assembly line and drive it off the line myself (of course I am taking them up on this)
