Who knows, but it's probably worth going in and finding out. At the very least they open a service case on your VIN which might help with Ford expanding the TSB...

Steve, if your dealer you're using now isn't taking care of it, go to another dealer, or get ahold of Ford CS and express your complaint. Don't settle for them avoiding the issue if it's clearly there.

Oh, if my dealer doesn't help me I'll definitely take it somewhere else or file a complaint, but if it comes to the point where it's too much of a hassle to fight back and forth, the fix isn't that bad of a hit to pay for myself especially considering the benefits a quick shift. The sticking pedal kills me any time I want to go!

One other suggestion I have is to record the incident happening and take that with you to the dealer. It might be a bit difficult doing by yourself, but if you have someone that can hold the cam for you, I'd do that.

just for giggle i looked under my dash.. built may 15th,
3 springs total..
1 on brake and 2 on clutch.. hybrid of the gt/gt500 assembly i guess..
so far hasnt stck to the floor at all 6800 rpm powershifts at the track..
