2010 PRICES ARE UP!!! GOT OPTIONS PRICES NOW!!!
Everytime I have bought a Ford you are at the dealership on avg. 3+hrs. while with BMW the paperwork everything is done the car waiting for you and I am out of there in less than an hr. The 4yr.50k mile service you get with BMW is awesome. They pay for brakes, rotors you name it..not a dime comes out of your pocket for service during this period and you get a BMW loaner.
Wow! I think at those prices my next Mustang is going to be another Fox chassis. I just can't justify spending nearly 30k on a new Mustang.
I guess what really frustrates me the most is that Ford is launching a redesigned model with the old engine. Oh wait, there's a whopping 10 hp added.
*sigh* Can you tell I'm slightly annoyed.

The price I listed ($495) IS the price for the track pack. The $1,000 or whatever price that was listed prior, was PURE SPECULATION!! That is why I always say, don't go crazy with replies on prices until Ford releases the "official prices".
Any pricing information on this package? Sounds interesting, but it also sounds expensive?
Track Pack II

Track Pack II
- GT Track Package II (manual only, late availability)
- Performance front/rear brake pads
- GT500 Sta-Bars and rear lower control arms
- Retuned struts and shocks
- 19-inch Pirelli Summer tires
- 3.73 axle ratio with carbon plates in the differential

OK thanks. It might be too expensive anyways. I'm interested in the fact that they would offer some parts off of the GT500. I wonder what effect that would have on the handling? Tighter, stiffer, less body roll? Any thoughts anybody?
I also noticed that Ford seems to be charging more for the premium GT then they have in the past. When I bought my 08 GT there was only about $1500 difference between the standard GT, and the Premium GT. Now the difference is 3 grand. It looks like everything is for the interior, and not really performance related? Maybe it would be better to get a stripped GT for less money and mod it?
Here's the list from the order guide of what comes with the Premium GT:
Subscription, N/A in AK & HI)
• Leather Steering Wheel w/ Brushed Spokes
• Satin Door Speaker Surrounds
