Thumbs down YUCK!

It's a mixture of 70-71 cues that were carefully thought out, but don't work well (visually) with the S197 IMO...

As for the Vette & Camaro monstrosities,

I would rather see that caftsmanship and attention to detail put to restoring a classic with a modern drivetrain/chassis.

Not my money...

I don't know if you're going to find a Shelby 68-69 GT350 for that kind of price, but I get your point. Here's one for sale......

We've come a really long way from what a Shelby was if they can serialize this thing as a Shelby. So they've licensed some Shelby parts, grafted them on a mustang GT in a mixed up fashion.....voila, another Shelby collector car classic. What is this cars pedigree? heritage? And yes, putting a 69 Shelby front end, known for it's overhang, on a smaller car, is out of proportion.
Ok , $75,000 for this thing. There are some real 68 and 69 Shelby GT 350's selling in this price range. These cars are a genuine piece of Americana, better looking, and won't drop in value $30,000 the day you bring it home.
I'll give you this. If you go to mustang car shows with this car, you'll be the talk of the town....but I think the comments you might hear are "cool kit car". Then you'll say...but it's a real Shelby! Give me a break.

End of rant.

Nice try but they missed on the side scoop, rear quarter window, tail lights and indented shelby bar insert in rear spoiler. here's a real one to cross reference. Also would be nice to make the exhaust correct. Don't know how they are getting away with sticking actual shelby lettering on it without getting sued...

I'm not digging it... the hood slop and overall proportions don't work. Plus why leave the engine stoke, why not put a supercharger or a couple of turbos on it to give it more muscle.

And this one is even "all-wheel drive".
