I know, haha. But we perfected it the 1st time so we shouldn't have to be goin back to the foreigners for styling cues again. They should be the ones copying us.

My dad has a 2k8 Bullitt, I gotta 2k8 GT Grabber Orange, both shared the same showroom of the same dealership. My 2 cents ar this, he's let me borrow his for a few days and when you get in his car it's all different. Different atmosphere goin on inside the car. The steering wheel, the seats, the instrument cluster, the panel is all different. You start it, much better sound. You put it in gear, much easier and the ball rules. You give it gas and it feels different. The ride feels different. A Bullitt is supposed to be an improved GT, right? Wasn't the GT390 an improved GT back in '68? If that's the case, then don't you think they hit it? I would like to have seen louvers instead of small side windows tho. That woulda been ossem. About the best thing goin for my Mustang is it's mine!
Thanx for the detailed comparison. I had never driven a Mustang in my entire life until after I bought my Bullitt. So I didn't know how the differences felt.

Yeah, I'm sure Ferrari and Aston Martin designers are sitting up late at night, thinking, "How can we make our cars look MORE like a Pontiac Sunfire?"

Meh, if anything, a Boss or another Mach 1 SE seems way overdue. IMO, I'd take a '08 Bullitt over a '10 GT.

I don't consider the GT500 to be a SE. We have pretty much had a GT500/Cobra for awhile now just like the pre-extinction Camaros had a V6/Z28/SS. It's the Bullitts and Mach 1s that make cameo appearances from time to time.

Ok, you wanna play rough:
Yeah, I'm sure Corvette and Viper designers are sitting up late at night, thinking, "How can we make our cars look MORE like a Fiat Strada, Lancia Beta, Renault 9, or Ferrari Mondial.

Even though the GT500 is considered as a limited production model. You definitely bring up an excellent point indeed, for the GT500 has been with us since 07. Just as the previous SVT Cobra had been before it.

You both bring up an excellent point. Nobody has cornered the market on ugly. Check out the new 370z's head and tail lights.
