They can't custom make it?

When I ordered mine they said the were out of stock but it would take 3 weeks to make and ship. Makes no sense that they can't just take a blank GHIG ball and the paint the other pattern instead of the Boss one

I wrote an email to them about what I am looking for and asking if it can be made on a special order. Maybe I will get better luck from an email than the phone call
