Car is going in next week for a full detail, about a 12 hour job. I was told ill be able to read a book off the paint when they are done. Wont be cheap, but im loiking forward to taking some real pictures and showing you guys.

 

Also Burton i forgot to mention the halos, your car is basically perfect now with those. The fact they are lightly tinted works extremely well for the aesthetics of it i feel. I would not change a thing on that car... If i did have a complaint about your car, it would be very small. Give it some more blower whine... i know the magies are quiet but see what you can do...

thanks man! Yeah, I really feel I'm in a happy place right now, mod wise. I think the only other mod I'd consider are the rear brakes. Maybe upgrade to larger GT500 brakes. But that's about it. I hate those puny brakes.

As to blower whine, I already tried. I called Magnuson directly. They said since they're new blower version via Eaton, the new TVS's are all super quiet, but also more efficient!!! Oh well…

I know, I asked right away about an ETA on a matching plenum cover but he's tough to nail down. His work and prices are great, though, so I'll be patient.

Had the day off yesterday, was in a good mood and took a quick shot on a block right off woodward.

 

I know the owner of the place, they do some pretty serious work... most only the higher end cars and exotics in the area as that comprises most of their customers. Since we are buddies we agreed on 340$. The package is worth 600$+ and includes 3 stage polish/wax/claybar etc etc... plus some sealants and other special coatings which i dont even about LOL

 

Maggie was always a quiet girl... even when she was blowing

But seriously, who cares, your setup is too sick, it makes great power so thats all that matters

Thanks; can't wait to get them in! He originally convinced me to try a gb/cf style, which came out really nice, but not as nice as mine IMHO. He might still have these available, if anyone's interested...



I kinda want to buy them as a second set, but I have way too many mods to buy to be doing that.
