2010-2014 Ford Mustang S-197 Gen II Lets see your latest Pics PHOTO GALLERY
Went to my local cars and coffee on Sunday. Was feeling good amongst the "regulars" of a few porsches, etc. Then a 2000-something Nissan Z strolled in, with the worst PlastiDip, I repeat PLASTIDIP I have ever seen. More details on that later. I can't believe she went to a show with it.
But anyways, back to my story… was feeling ok amongst the sea of cars that were there. Then a gorgeous 911 turbo (duck tail? not sure what you call it) showed up. It was immaculate. Beautiful.
Then suddenly we all shut up. THE car rolled in. I've never seen one in person. Can you guess what car it was? More details below. It stole the show.
Pics are a combination of regular and HDR:
Parking Garage first...

Now onto the show. Small, but decent turnout...

Now here's that Z… notice the peeling… I didn't even bother editing these pics. Not worth my time

This was a nice custom truck with a blower… nasty. Great interior too.

The Ferrari and Porsche...

And now for the drumroll… the star of the show. The King of them all. A 2015 Lamborghini Aventador. All $450k msrp, in all its glory. Owned by a man a bit older than I, in his 40's. V12, 2.6 sec 0-60. No orange peel paint. Oh, and 0 down, 60 months loan, only a $8,500 monthly payment.
This guy just drives it to the show…and leaves it there for all to gawk at. Beautiful car for sure. It was impressive seeing it in person. But what are we doing wrong in life that some people can literally pay cash for this? wow… so there I was, tail between my legs, and embarrassed to even start my car and leave. But I did. And I tell you what, I smiled. I drove home and smiled, knowing that hey, Marilyn is "my" super car.
I listened to my Corsas and continued on my merry way (ok ok, I was still jealous. LOL). Enjoy these pics.

No need to slink home. You have a very nice Mustang that you can be proud of. The Lambo driver only announced to the crowd present that he had the smallest "ahem" there if you take my meaning. If I had the cash (I don't btw) I would have rolled up in a McLaren MP4-12c. Most reviews I have read say it can spank a Aventador in nearly every category and for 1/2 the price. Nice to dream.......come on powerball!!

This was at my tint shop while I was getting clear bra. The owner was getting the full car done ($12k for him).
Sorry B, the supercars just don't wow me anymore, after working on them. They're cool, and fast, and full of panache, but I'm just like

12k for what????? :screwyihavemoremoneythanbrains:
Burton, this may be the only time that I say that I think the paint on that Aventador looks better than your car
I guess it should though paying those prices! Your car still looks amazing.
that's the 650s I believe. Different version of a mp4-12c with similarities of a P1. I think they're amazing. Burton, this may be the only time that I say that I think the paint on that Aventador looks better than your car

. I can't imagine driving a 1/2 car down the street. Lol that's the 650s I believe. Different version of a mp4-12c with similarities of a P1. I think they're amazing. Burton, this may be the only time that I say that I think the paint on that Aventador looks better than your car

. It baffles me that we actually have multimillionaire here in town. It's a blue collar small town. Surprising.
Funny pics of the Z :] Marilyn looks fantastic dude! I for one am not impressed by the Aventador. I have seen a couple here in NJ. Sure, it's like spotting a unicorn, but the pure ego of that car turns me off to it. I would much rather see a Ford GT or a classic, polished GT500, or better yet...the AC Cobra that Shelby himself drove...ripped seats and all. Now that is impressive!

Those are great pictures. I still need to figure out what I can do to get more out of my pictures.
Did you hear the Aventador rev? It's loud! One pulled up at my C&C and started revving. It sounded awesome and shot out flames a few feet back. Crazy.
Here's an older shot from a car show. The guy who owns the Boss is really cool.

Awesome shot!
I love the color coding of people to the vehicle! It's like Voltron!

We are a blessed family and the wife and I were into stings before we even met....heck we actually met at a Mustang Car show at Summit Racing in 2007.
