. Thanks Tony and Burton Today we finally installed her new-to-her rims/tires, actual 20" Shelby Alcoas ... she's wanted these rims for about a year, and we fell upon a smokin' deal from a friend, and just went for them. We're super-excited with the way the car looks now, and between the looks, the power, handling, and whatever else this car delivers, she can't freakin' get enough of it. We're going on a day trip tomorrow, gonna take turns driving it, I'm looking forward to it

- 10 hour interior, exterior, and under hood detail yesterday on a nice cloudy day. Two coats of Pete's '53 topped with Hybrid V07 on the outside and Wheel Guard Sealant/V07 on the wheels after a Honeydew snow foam presoak and a Glossworkz two bucket wash. VRP dressing on tires and trim. Got a wave from a 911 when I went out to take these crappy iPhone pics today. Not too shabby for a daily driver:

Now THAT'S something I can appreciate. As the say, the sun don't lie. Nice paint sir. Beautiful. Love SGM in the sun. On too of that, another chemical guys user. Very nice. They're one of my top 3 brand favorites.

It's because of you that I became a fan of detailing and a Chemical Guys user myself. It has been hard to detail my baby lately because in the morning it is 80 degrees and muggy with the late afternoon being about 95. It is not great weather for being outside and detailing. I try and maintain it until I can give it the proper detailing in the Fall.

Lol they are actually chips in my lens on my iPhone...sometimes I wish I never sold my 40D and all the L-series glass I had for it, but oh well. Can't wait for the new iPhone to replace this one which has seen better days.
