At the Chatterbox in Newton NJ last night. There were a ton of Mustangs in the Modern Muscle lot...really great cars including Shelbys, a nice '13 CS, a seriously evil sounding Boss 302, and of course, mine!!!


I had every intention of taking pics of every car there.....word of advice though: make sure your camera batteries are fresh!!!! I didn't and it crapped out, but not before a few pics anyway.

The cream yellow '65 Goat was killer. The owner almost caught me drooling on it. And the Cobras...what can I say? There were at least 3 others there in another part of the lot. Wish they'd have all lined up together.

I understand the benefit. I would have paid for a friends car to get washed not mine. It's a good cause I get it. No scratches you say? Go in direct sunlight and look for this: I guarantee you there is. It's swirls. Light marring caused by dirt and grit and rough fibers from inexperienced hands from washing or drying. I guarantee you those girls didn't care about the finish of your car, nor would they know how. Again, if you don't care, no big deal.

 

I did that with my truck and didn't see any swirls , of course I did some paint correction a week ago

Pics taken today at a local park. The sun was playing hokey with me, then the storm clouds moved in. I got some in some good ones though before the storms hit. enjoy.

p.s. Marilyn was detailed and coated in Wolfgang Fuzion this time.

Also, in a week or 2, she will have a different front end, and fog lights. So this set of pics will be the last you'll see of her this way!

Lastly, Patrick keeps telling me to "smoke" my side markers front and rear. So I photoshopped it. What do you guys think? Smoke or leave? I'm on the fence...

Yeah, really Darren. I love your car but it's making me crazy looking at that naked hood.....every time I see a new post from you I'm hoping to see the stripes, and it's always "well, maybe next time" !!!!! LOL

The stripes get put on this week. Waiting for the spoiler and get it all done at the same time. Some other major physical enhancements coming down the pipe soon too.

 

OK then, but this is your last warning. Don't make me come up there with a couple of cans of Rustoleum spray paint and complete the job myself.

I promise ! This is a crazy week for holidays though being Canada Day on tuesday then America Day on July 4th. Hoping the installers are working this week
