Wow thats bad sorry to hear that. People get all panic when it snows and they dont realize the worst they can do it stop on an incline. I know now that when it snows i will be home because its my only car.

That wouldn't work here, because the same people that aren't willing to walk the fifteen extra steps to the buggy rack now would be having a voucher of some sort to pay that cart rental fee. So you and I would be buying their groceries AND their cart rental, and we'd STILL have carts all over the **** parking lot.
