Picked up the car friday morning with 8.4km.

My day is not over yet and I'm at already 634km!

This is another reason why a GT would have been a bit much for me.

Also. Gas mileage in this vehicle is amazing! I can't believe how well it ran considering this fill up consisted of several hard pulls, city and highway driving!

Thank you Lakeguy77. I really appreciate the feed back. I noticed on Mine that the longer I drive it the better it gets. Almost like butter. I only have 450 miles on her.

Thank you

And here's a vid of one of the sessions. This event was meant for beginners, so the pace is pretty slow. I went just to get to drive on that circuit.

I just got some Bridgestone Potenza rubber put on my new SVE drift wheels, and I spent some time getting it all mounted tonight. Here are a few quick pics.

Those wheels look very nice! They fit really well with the body color.

Thanks! I think so too. I'll try to take some better pictures when it's light out . They are just a bit darker than Brembo wheels, and the bigger tires (275/40-19) fills out the wheel wells really nice. Need to brake them in as this will be my track day set.

I love your Car and the racing seems like allot of fun. I have raced Drags all my life and I would love to get involved with the racing you do. I have auto crossed before but what you do is awesome.

How did you start racing?

Hey Jazz,
Best place to get started is www.motorsportreg.com

You can find events local to you. Autocross is a good way to go, but driving schools are also fantastic. I also track my GT Track Pack a couple times a year. You would be fine to just sign up for a driving school on a local road course in the Novice group. Everyone else in your run group has similar experience, and you get an instructor to teach you and keep you safe. It's not wheel to wheel racing, and passing is controlled and with approval of the driver being passed

P.S. F.D Sako -- your Boss looks SWEET. I want one!

I would love to do an actual track day but they are expensive compared to Autocross where I pay only $35. I want those brake cooling ducts on that boss though! It is a nice set of pictures having the boss overtake a Porsche.

That's true. A full track weekend is usually ~$400, and a single day is ~$200. But you do get your money's worth. You get ~1.5 to 2h of actual driving time per day.
