2010-2014 Ford Mustang S-197 Gen II Lets see your latest Pics PHOTO GALLERY
If you don't mind could you elaborate on the process of plastidipping the vents? Like how many layers how long to wait between applying each coat, etc. And did you completely remove the vents or did you just tape them off and only paint the top? I guess all you have to do is remove the weather cover under the hood, they just look like push pins

As for the hashmarks I really think the camera I have doesn't do them justice. Maybe the flash shines off of the white making them look brighter than they really are. In person it looks better but I've been wanting to add silver accents instead for a stealthier look. It would only be a super snake stripe and silver hoodvents.
My only comment would be to forego silver and just go for gray, a bit darker

As far as lowering. If they warp the rims like that I may have to think twice about getting new springs. Reason is, I'd rather order everything together to avoid that issue before it even starts(wheels, tires, springs). Also new tires because the stock pirelli tires have been a big pain while driving in rain. SO, I might hold out on that for now.
Just seems that once lowered, you automatically need wider wheels to fill in the space in the wheel wells.
See this thread and details on how I did it in post #10 in the thread:

So you'd almost be a reverse theme of my car, lol.

Lowering is not gonna "warp" the rims, it's just gonna accentuate the inward offset of the factory Brembo wheels.

Here's what the silver would look like on a black GT(couldn't find super snake pic). I'd say it is more a combo of grey and silver color but that is the only color AM has. And just imagine the hood vents plasti dipped gunmetal grey lol I think that would look sick
I have more reasons but I'll keep it off this thread too. Just my opinion like I said. I'm open minded to many, many cars, but I have my reasons for that opinion. Now back to pictures. Hopefully mr. Solis will post some more of that beautiful car.
She's sold...very bittersweet! The 135 is tuned and chipped with exhaust. Not a bad trade in my opinion. Maybe I'll get back into the mustang scene when the 15 prices come down.
U had a nice one!! Sure sucks to see it go, is the i35 a 6 cyl turbo? I know those are tons of fun to drive
Yeah it's a 3.0 turbo. With the mods it already has it's probably pushing around 350hp. With the power to weight ratio and the Msport suspension it made my 4.6 feel like a boat. If I had the 5.0 I probably wouldnt have traded. *and I've got some parts for sale if anyone wants to PM me
Honestly I think that bmw looks better than he 2010 but I was never a fan of the flat front end that was on the 05-11 mustang
