Although black is just sinister/sexy, white is pure and simple

I think I'm uniquely qualified to answer and I say black.

Rethinkin my last post, after goin from a black car to a white one the black definitely catches more attention. Yes white is classy and looks great with black accents but black works with so many colors the variety is greater and nothing beats a clean, detailed black mustang with a good soundin exhaust. Plus the black just looks mean and sinister as hell

My '06 was white and my '13 is black... On looks alone, I LOVE the black. On cleaning it, white, all the way... Overall, I will probably never own either color again though... LOL!

But man, for that 10 seconds my '13 is clean for, it looks awesome.

You should try living in south-central Texas with a black car.

I've taken to carrying a microfiber towel around with me to keep it less dusty when it's been a while since I washed it. It's better, but it's not what I'd call "good."

Over the last few months, we have had winds ranging from 10-40 MPH on a regular basis and even though my car lives in the garage, it still gets coated with dust... I have no idea why it's been so windy lately, but it's annoying as hell...

Mine does as well. I've taken to keeping an old bed sheet on top of it in the garage. Again, it helps, but it's not an actual solution. Black just shows everything.

But I'd still have chosen black. It looks better than any other color I've seen on these Mustangs. I'm not yet to the point that I wish I'd gotten another color. But then, I don't spend my weekends looking at my reflection in the paint, either. I have better things to do than waste my time washing and shining an already-clean car.

LOL! I definitely understand! I actually wanted the Grey, but they didn't off the red interior with that color in '13 (they do in '14 though, Grrrr...). I do love the black though (it definitely was my second choice), it does look really good. But man it just shows everything... At least I knew it would be a part time job to keep it clean before going in... LOL!

3 days in the garage because of this crappy weather. Hopefully she'll be out on Sunday.
BTW, I like the white GT/CS too but I love the black one.

I know the pain. I have a whole mobile detailing kit that i started carrying once i noticed how fast black got dirty.
I still carry it in my white car now too, always prepared
