My Job 2 '11 has the hood visor
I think it's only in the '12 that they changed it to phase into the 2013 refresh?

The Boss hood shape visor has vents to allow the vanity lights to run cooler. But you have to drill out the fake fog lights on the driver's visor to make it really effective. If you mod the visor so it will drop an extra 1.5", it will give your wife/gf more downforce on her mascara brush.

This is really pretty simple.
'11s have the hood-shaped mirror cover. The mirror is not lit, and there is no Car2U transmitter.
'12s have regular mirror covers. They light up and have the Car2U transmitter.
