My Job 2 '11 has the hood visor
I think it's only in the '12 that they changed it to phase into the 2013 refresh?

This is really pretty simple.
'11s have the hood-shaped mirror cover. The mirror is not lit, and there is no Car2U transmitter.
'12s have regular mirror covers. They light up and have the Car2U transmitter.
