'12 5.0 Redline and Fuel Shutoff

'12 5.0 Redline and Fuel Shutoff
I have a 2012 GT, and two questions...
1) What is the redline for this motor? I think the 2011 5.0 was 6800 RPM. My tach indicates 6800, but I seem to recall that the actual redline for the '12 is 7000. It is not listed in the manual or eSource docs.
2) Will the fuel shut off for this model at redline? I know it does on the Shelby. I can't bring myself to test it yet, though I have probably bounced off it by now.
My regrets if this is a repeat -- I could not find this info with a search.
