When is it supposed to be built or arrive? Other than the transmission, it sounds a lot like mine. Which wheels did you order?

 

I am waiting for the insurance check (from my accident) to go place my order. I am getting the stock 17 inch Bullets, I really like the 18 crome but this is my daily driver and the road salt in the winter will destroy them. The Fanblades are great but I know you get better ride quality out of smaller wheels, that and the fact that I just can't justify the extra 800+ for the wheel upgrade, I can always change the wheels down the line. Plus the silver bullits look real nice with VB.

Looks like your suggestion is going over pretty well. You going down to Mustang Week? Would be cool if we can get it in place by then.

 

Hey Chip, thanks for the compliments on my car. Sad to say Mustang Week isn't an option for me. If I wasn't in sales at my dealership, I would do it, but I can't take off a full week in July. We're usually busy at that time. Also, sad to say, the fanblades on my car are coming off within 60 days. Carroll Shelby Wheel Company is finally getting set to release the CS67's in 18 X 8.5. So I take the tires off my fanblades and put them on the CS67's!!! I can't wait to get these wheels !!

 

Just waiting on delivery... ordered Feb 5th.... Vista Blue GT with all the goodies I wanted! Whoooo hooo!!!

 

Tell us what you ordered. Oh yeah, and pics when it gets in. Do you have a delivery date yet?

 

No i haven't gotten my build date yet.....have to contact the dealer on Monday...
Ordered my new toy in Vista Blue, GT appearance pkg, 18" polished aluminum rims, Dk Charcoal leather interior, Interior upgrade, comfort package. Pics when I get it!! It is like spring here and I am getting very anxious to have my new toy. My Dad (72 yrs young) picked up his 2007 Alloy Grey 'stang V6 with Pony Package 2 weeks ago and is just LOVING IT! He and I bought them the same day! So I really can't wait to get mine and put my Explorer away for the summer!
