Hi Leon...got some great news!!! Order #7604 (yours) now has a full vin & is "sub to pla". You should be driving your new baby by Halloween! Teri
<---- Can anyone PLEASE tell me how to remove the "v-6" on the left & replace it with a v-8?

That's some great news Teri. Guess I'll be getting a treat instead of the usual trick this year. Oh, could I get you to PM me my VIN#?

As for getting rid of the v-6 under your name. I believe you have to just keep posting. Once you make 100 posts, it bumps up to GT.

Beautiful just beautiful. Any interior shots yet? KY doesn't have front plates? Lucky you if that's the case.

I think the law in KY states that you must have one of these:

No, no front plates required.

You wouldn't believe how many people have asked me that though. That's a really pretty color.... are you a UK fan? I'm not a basketball fan! (I know, I know... It's illegal in Ky NOT to be a basketball fan!) But no... Ky is not required to have front plates.

And yes.. we have an interior shot. Here's one...
My friend Kim's husband took this the night we got her. It's a nice night shot. (his photography looks so much better than mine... so much more "artsy".) -Marci

While we are at it.. look at this other picture he took. Isn't it awesome? It looks like the car is sitting in front of a fire or something. I just love it!!

Well, I really liked the Windveil Blue as it's sort of North Carolina color (got my Master's there) but when I saw the Vista Blue in person, I couldn't contain the drool Of course, VB is not dark enough to be confused with Duke thank goodness.

Looks good. Almost as nice as my shiny IUP :P Seriously it looks nice but I do LOVE my leather-wrapped steering wheel.

That is an amazing picture. Do you have a larger version of it? I'd like to make it my desktop.

Yeah, I would have liked to have had the leather steering wheel. Maybe we could get a replacement someday for that. I have no idea if that's possible. -Marci

Actually, that's the size of it. It's my desktop as well of course. I just went to properties and told it stretch and it looks fine on our computer. -Marci

WOW, great shot! Your baby is beautiful.

Does Ford really need to put the cut out on the front bumper so people can distinguish a V6 from a GT? I really wish Ford would stop screwing up the V6's bumper, it really takes away from the look. Especially for those states that don't even require a front plate.

Thanks!! I don't actually mind the cut out. It doesn't bother me. I wouldn't mind it the other way either though... It at least gives me the option to add vanity plates. I just don't know if I want to drill holes in my car that don't have to be drilled though.... I might just go with getting some kind of vanity plates for the back. It's so expensive though. You have to pay $40 a year just to have the priviledge of having a vanity plate in KY.
