I'm lovin' the Tungsten. If I were to place an order right now, I honest don't know which way I'd go between Vista Blue, Tungsten Silver, Redfire, and Windviel Blue. :scratch:

yea, there's more of a difference between those 2 than silver & tungsten

 

Now that is a great color change. If I didn't get the blue I wanted, I would get that as my second choice!

Thank you - almost makes up for not having the '06 order guide - yet. No offense to satin silver owners, but to my eyes SS looked kind of dull/flat from a distance, it was hard to tell it was metallic. Now compared to these Tungsten shots, it somewhat affirms that, Tungsten has much more metallic sparkle and depth of color. At some point i will be getting Qwiksilver stripes, I just love that subtle contrast of the NAIAS show car's.

Now if you could just get say 1000 times that sheet metal sample, 4 tires, a 4.6 l engine and tranny and some seats, toss them togeter and ship it to Maine to me you would be my hero for life! That is a great color. if I dont get pulled on my 05, which is looking that way, Im going with the Tungsten for 06.

 

OMG that is a sweet color! I wanted silver w/ black top and black stripes ("dressed to kill look") bad but just didn't like the Satin Silver... it didn't say WOW to me... Ahhhhhh.... this does. I wish I could afford 3 Stangs... so I could have one in each of my 3 colors.

 

That color is amazing. Hands down torch red was my favorite in 05. But if this was available in 05 that's what I would have picked.

I figured there would be quite a bit of difference since both are available in '06.

 

If I could've waited till 06, Tungsten would've been my color. Gorgeous.

Great color, no wonder Mineral Grey won't be offered in '06.

 

It might be interesting to see a two tone Mustang. Silver/Tungsten. I could think of a bunch of interesting combos. Especially with the 18 inch fan blade wheels.

 

Kinda close? Shopped it kinda trying to get a Tungsten color.




EDIT: now that I see it in the post, it looks more like mineral gray!

 

Yeah this is my potential dilemma, although I will be ordering in summer/fall 06 so I will probably end up with an 07.
