I was experimenting with my new camera and thought this graffiti background and puddle reflection would compliment Tungsten Grey

My Tungsten Terlingua

Here you go...some pics of my Terlingua...mine is the car that was on display at the 2009 SEMA show, that you all have pics of under your SEMA (2005 - 2009 Mustangs) thread. It is the only Terlingua in Tungsten Grey....

Here she is at home...

[IMG][/IMG]

Here we are on display at the Los Angeles Shelby Show on the Long Beach Pier...

That's me picking the car up at Shelby Headquarters...

[IMG][/IMG]

A shot of the interior...note the Tungsten Grey seat inserts...

Thanks and enjoy!

Leann

John, Ohio warmed up last week, snow melted, rain washed the roads clean(just for a day) had the first enjoyable trip to/from work in 5 or 6 weeks...can you believe we've had these cars over 4 years already. my first ordered one was close to yours IIRC...mine was 34068, think your VIN was within a hundred of it...the BlueOval tracking thru Kzinti, the seemingly endless wait...then mine got smacked at delivery...anyway, yeah winter pretty much sucks car-wise. I'm hoping for rain tomorrow- supposed to warm up again, might get a few days of saltfree roads next week
Hope Chicago gets a break too

Hey are those Mach 1 Rims 17's or 18's? I was considering them for my Tungsten, as well.

Yes, I remember the waiting days, and cant believe it has been over 4 years already myself.

I remember Kzinti giving me this .gif when I asked if my car was being built lol.

OH THE MEMORIES... I was kinda ashamed to admit recording a automated message- actually forgot I did till just now didnt have a tape, used the camcorder to record the speakerphone we had it bad huh...I hadnt even thought about the old ERL calls since the 'shipped' message, had the phone number/dealer code/vin memorized, rarely a day went by I didnt call- man thanks for posting that!
everyone copied that gif too- you were the ONLY person I recall getting such a special gift from Kzinti - it sure was cool having a friend at the factory wasnt it too bad Ford didnt acknowledge all the great PR he did for them... had it not been for his help I woulda probably walked during 'the wait' to get vinned, or forsure after the car got smacked unloading after a 5 month obsessive wait...never woulda knew what I'd missed...
but no he helped get me the info Ford/dealer couldnt/wouldnt supply, and here 4 yrs later we got three of the darn things- man I love these cars
thanks again for that post- made my day

THAT .WAV FILE IS AWESOME. I still remember the level of disappointment rising every week, getting a negative response from the the Evil Robot Lady from November 17, 2004 through May of 2005, when the wife pulled the plug on the order. I was crushed. Had already sold my '89 GT, which was my previous baby. 3 years later, the same wife pulls into a dealership with me - totally out of the blue, and has me test drive a Tungsten GT. THAT feeling I will also never forget. I am still in love with this car, just as much today as I was the day they pulled it off the showroom floor for me. Thanks again wife!

Fell in love with her the moment I saw her.

Sadly, she's up on the sales block... Going for the Sterling Grey '11 The grey with Black stripes is so perfectly complimented by the red interior...
Note the body matched mirrors and scoops... so many people miss them, but the details make the difference.

Having gone from my '07 Tungsten to a '10 Sterling Grey, I can easily say the color choice is a good one. If I could have swing keeping my '07 and getting the '10, I would have.

The 5.0L will make your Sterling Grey even sweeter - enjoy!
