I know there is one other member with this combo. I would like to see a picture from the side with the door open so that I can see the contrast. I am making the decision today on purchacing a car I have not seen, so I don't want to be dissapointed. The clock is ticking I have 2 hours!

I don't have a photo, but I have seen the Mineral Grey with Red Accent, and I didn't like it. The car was outside, and the Mineral Grey really took on a brown tone, which just didn't go with the red.

Our first choice had been Mineral Grey - which is a nice colour - but IMHO it doesn't go with the red interior.

My 2c worth - but it does look nice in the photo above!, so who knows?

Yea that picture works, thanks. Montrose, thanks for your opinion. I figured with blacked out windows, well at least tinted, it would still look pretty cool. I think I will go for it.

Arrow

I just ordered my GT with painted bullitt wheels, and I am trying to decide on the exterior colour. Interior will be charcoal leather.

I wished they had a dark Green as per McQueen's car in the movie.

Thanks for the pic. I have a MG with red interior ordered and appreciate looking at it. The exterior color is more bronze in the sunlight but that is what sold me on it.

Please do me a favor and post many pictures that shows the contrast of the red interior with the mineral grey exterior. There have been a few pictures that show this, but the pictures never seem to be the best quality. I'm dying to see some good pics of this combo because I really want to order this combo, but not before I get a good look at it.

How does the saddle interior look with the mineral grey? I love saddle interiors anyway so maybe I'm biased?

IMO you might want to see in person. Before I could find a MG at a dealer to checkout, I looked on this site and looked at a large (6" x6") color sample at another dealer which did not show a true color. On a cloudy day it does look grey - when the sun is out, has bronze in it. As this thread shows, its a "love it or leave it" color.

I think legend Lime with red is bad. There are quite a few people on here that have positive thoughts on the gray and red. There is one owner here that painted his calipers with red paint to match the interior and it looked sharp

Personally, I am puting the red floor mats away and buying the charcoal ones. I may also take the seats out and get them custom made with only the center red and get the outside edges done in charcoal as well, just like the 04 cobras have as an option. That should make the red just accents as apposed to overwhelming.

Think outside the box!!

I have my mineral grey with the red leather. I will try to post some pics tonight or tomorrow morning if it ever stops raining in NJ.

Looking at the firt spost (mine), it was nearly exactly a year ago that I ordered my 05. Dec.15 will be one year of ownership.

I am sure glad I went with the Mineral Grey with ICAP, looks great and will be one of only a few out there.

I was ust in Tampa last month, actually in Clearwater on a seminar. First time there, I enjoyed it a lot. I only say one 05 GT Mustang, but tons of V6s. Took in the auto show at the convention center in Tampa, that was cool.
